Purpose of Role: The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all sales related administrational 
tasks will be processed through different systems like CRM and SAP systems in a professional and 
time manner. This position will be working closely with the Sales engineers and Sales Manager on 
various business objectives, including but not limited to storing all digital documents related to 
projects, sales orders, sales process improvement and lean initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales manager and Sales engineers in all administrational aspects of managing​​the Sales operation.Handle inbound telephone calls and customer correspondence to ensure a swift and effective sales support is provided to our customersPrepare and dispatch quotations and to monitor outstanding quotations. On acceptance/rejection process the update accordingly to ensure all opportunities are optimized and up to date.Maintain regular contact with Sales Engineers and Sales Manager regarding daily work activity, location, and projects status.Review incomplete work with Sales Engineers and Sales Manager on a regular basis toensure that work done or in line with rescheduled and deadlines in order to provide the customer with a response in time.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Experience from 3 years in the field of administration or sales;Advanced PC user;English at a level not lower than intermediate (reading and translating technical literature, spoken English).
