Role description: Deliver Test Automation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions across the OEA Tower.

Collaboration:

Communicates proactively with local roll-out teams and KBUs to ensure testing processes are clear, efficient, well coordinated, and meet business needs. Collaborates with project stakeholders to scope, plan, design, and deliver test automation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions. Advises other OEA teams on test automation and execution activities Collaborates with other OEA Teams to maintain automated test sets on the basis of functional changes.

Test Automation 

Supports the business by proposing and executing test automation initiatives covering multiple projects running concurrently, including Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades, migrations, new Oracle modules and major enhancement projects as assigned. Supports automated regression testing of systems and solutions for OEA projects and supports the maintenance of standard test ware, including regression test sets, both manual as well as automated. Assists OEA teams with the preparation and execution of automated test plans, scripts and processes in adherence with company guidelines and standards. Identifies, flags and logs risks raised in the testing processes and escalates to appropriate leadership for timely decision making. Reports progress on testing activities to the Project Controls team. Supports identification and management of technical dependencies that impact automated regression testing and project delivery. Supports planning and delivery of automated testing related cutover and PGLS activities with OEA Cutover & PGLS and release managers.

Partnership with other OEA Lanes and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations Maintenance of the Automated Test Management Framework, processes, and SOPs with the OEA Test team Automated test execution with KBUs and OEA teams Maintenance of automated test sets with OEA teams Oracle testing communications with Change, Training & Communications team

Qualifications & Experience:

​Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with application testing for major ERP systems, preferably with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.  ​Demonstrated experience of successfully planning and implementing Test Automation Execution in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment. ​Demonstrates delivery skills to get test management activities done under time pressure.
