Basic Responsibilities基本职责 Develop OEM account plan and budget planning. And drive the sales revenue growth accordingly.
完成OEM客户概况和预算。并完成销售业绩的增长目标。
Identify new OEM growth opportunities and potential new applications. Prospect new OEM companies regionally including identification, onboarding and ramp-up定义新的OEM增长机会及潜在新应用,在所属区域开发新OEM类型客户,包括客户定义,客户登陆及客户。
Act as liaison between OEM customer and other UR teams (R&D, Marketing, etc..)成为OEM和其他UR团队(R&D,市场部等)之间的沟通桥梁。
Fostering OEM relationships, support OEMs to fully use UR products and features on their standard solution.促进和OEM客户关系,支持OEM客户在他们的标准方案上能充分利用UR产品及特点。
Responsible for forecasting / reporting of OEM pipeline and performance负责预测及汇报OEM 项目及业绩
Task management and pipeline management (Salesforce)在salesforce里管理任务及项目
Conduct OEM QBR’s (External / Internal)组织并执行OEM季度回顾会议(外部/内部)
Conduct monthly status updates (External)组织并执行OEM月会(内部)
Qualifications College degree or above, MBA or equivalent preferred
本科以上学历,工商管理硕士或相等学位优先
Deep Life science/Semiconductor industry and practical experience within the OEM area both in Automotive industry and Robots industry对生命科学/半导体和机器人自动化行业有深入了解并有在业内OEM领域的实际工作经验,
Familiar with the life science or semiconductor industry and understand the application and program of robot automation preferred.尤其是熟悉生命科学或半导体行业并对行业机器人自动化应用和方案了解的优先
Minimum 8 years of experience and a track record from a similar position - working with large accounts channel, Excellent experience in new customers development.至少8年以上与大客户渠道合作相关工作经验和出色的新客户开发的工作经历
Minimum of 5 years in an international B2B large accounts channel development contextExperience with sales of complex technical solutions
至少5年国际B2B大客户渠道发展背景,有销售复杂技术解决方案的经验
More than 5 years of project management experience and ability超过5年的项目管理经验和能力
Solid stakeholder management skills良好的利益相关者管理技巧
The ability to think and act both strategically and hands on具有战略思考和行动力
