The OEM Administrator works with OEM representatives and stakeholders to ensure the efficient resolution of issues, minimize vehicle downtime, and secure compensation for losses.

Starting salary is $55K; commensurate with experience. 

What You’ll Do:

· Collaborate with OEM representatives to address maintenance concerns, including engineering support and dealership responsiveness.

· Escalate maintenance issues for timely resolution.

· Submit Loss-of-Use claims for excessive downtime and facilitate buyback requests when necessary.

· File claims with OEMs and transport companies for transportation-related damages.

· Obtain repair authorizations as required to ensure accurate resolution of claims.

· Communicate billing details for licensee vehicle repairs and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate processing.

· Work alongside department leadership to generate invoices and reports using the Recall Loss-of-Use dashboard.

· Submit monthly recall Loss-of-Use invoices and reports to OEMs and track the status of benefits, including purchase incentives, parts/labor credits, and cash payments.

· Maintain up-to-date instructions for handling OEM transportation damage claims.

· Create and manage logon credentials for technicians and managers in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in dealership operations and/or warranty claims required

· Familiarity with OEM policies, dealership operations and claims

· Moderate proficiency in Excel and dealership management systems (DMS)

· Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

· Ability to negotiate

· Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
