The OEM Key Account Specialist /Inside Sales Representative provides prompt and courteous support to our customers by processing order requests and shipments. The OEM Key Account Specialist coordinates and maintains records of all outgoing shipments, prepares all shipping documents to ensure that orders have been filled correctly, and addresses all customer inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism. This position is in an extremely customer-focused role and requires a positive individual who provides our customers with excellent communication and support. This position is responsible for front end order processing as well as following orders through to the end of the shipping/delivery process- ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries to our customers.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based out of our Rantoul, IL office.
As the Key Account Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:
· Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open, interactive, detailed, and accurate communication with our distributors, accounts, outside sales force and leadership regarding product, orders, shipments, and all related topics.
· Ensure prompt and complete entry of all sales orders (including direct from factory, free product, and sample), warranties, stock rotations, return authorizations, credits, and debit in SAP as well as review and release orders received via EDI.
· This position works closely with various departments including product development, demand planning, finance, sales leadership, distribution, customs, and logistics including our HK team.
· Coordinate with logistics in HK or US to ensure all shipments leave on time with no delays.
· Communicate any delays or shortages to accounts as provided by HK team or Demand Planning.
Send all packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents required as per the account’s specific requirements.
· Responsible for all account maintenance such as price lists, pricing, order forms, account part number assignment, price concessions, discounts, contact information, distribution lists, account specific forms.
· Prepares reports including dealer specific reports based on set requirements and routing guides.
· Utilizes data prepared by others to analyze and process sales, follow-up on orders and inquire on issues and possible delays.
· Ensure a high level of communication with sharing new information and quick response times.
· Performs order maintenance daily which includes open order reports, customer service and sales blocks, cancelation dates and obsolete materials.
· Perform other customer service and distribution related duties as directed.
You have:
· Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field desirable; or two years of experience.
· 2+ years of customer service experience.
· Computer literate, proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to deliver accurate work.
· Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
