FORCE America is looking for an experienced OEM Support Specialist for our Burnsville, MN location. In this role, you will provide efficient sales, technical, and product expertise and support to sales staff on mobile OEM applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

Designs mobile hydraulic systems for new and existing OEM customers.Uses expertise and discretion to provide technical and pricing information to field sales.Helps prepare quotes and proposals that vary in scope.Screens proposals to ensure the scope of work and required resources are appropriate. Has the authority to reject work that is outside of scope.Works with suppliers and FORCE America manufacturing locations to source products.Researches mobile hydraulic opportunities, learns existing applications, and communicates opportunities for growth.Trains field sales staff on new and existing technology.Represents FORCE America, in coordination with sales, with customers in person, electronically, and via phone.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree with a focus of study on fluid power, mechatronics, or a related field. Certified Fluid Power Certification is a plus.Minimum two years of experience interacting directly with customers in a problem-solving capacity.3+ years of experience with the design of mobile hydraulic systems that reflect a strong understanding of fluid power products, electronic controls, vendors, complete systems, and solutions.Strong communication skills are required to interact as a technical expert with all levels of customers, vendors, and FORCE America staff.Technical aptitude that demonstrates the ability to visualize and design new products and applications.
