OFCI Lead- Frankfurt 

€70,000- 90,000 DOE + Package 

Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of construction and engineering projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction, and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works.        

The need now exists for a highly skilled and experienced OFCI Lead who will be responsible for managing the coordination, delivery, and installation of the Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) packages ensuring timely procurement, compliance with project specifications, and successful integration into construction timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, OFCI/ CFCI vendors, and contractors. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

Thorough review and understanding of Design and IFC specifications and drawings to comprehensively grasp the project scope. 

Collaborate with the design team, OFCI/ CFCI vendors, contractors, project manager, consulting engineers to manage schedules and ensure specifications align with project requirements. 

Oversee BIM priorities, including guiding the team in developing modular concepts, fabrication details, and generating isometrics for construction ensuring validation of materials and assets within the model for construction readiness. 

Oversee and update daily OFCI/CFCI vendor activities to ensure alignment with construction progress. 

Ensure that all OFCI activities comply with health & safety, applicable codes, regulations, and project standards. 

Maintain accurate records of equipment orders, delivery schedules, and installation status and participate in meetings prior to build commencement during construction phase and up to final completion. 

5+ experience in construction project management with mechanical/electrical contractors. 

Proficiency in Primavera, CAD, BIM, and other relevant software & tools related to the role. 

Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and best practices. 

Effective organisational and multitasking abilities. 

Ability to travel when required. 

Good knowledge of modularisation (Off-Site fabrication). 

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
