Off Site High-Head / High-Lift Manager (Mining Project) - Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading international EPC company in the Middle East is renowned for its innovative approach and technical excellence. It plays a crucial role in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities Oversee high-head/high-lift operations to ensure efficient and safe extraction processes. Ensure all high-head/high-lift equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure all operations comply with local and international safety standards. Lead and train a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, equipment status, and safety compliance to senior management.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8 years of proven experience in high-head/high-lift operations within the copper-gold mining, oil & gas industry (EPC). Must be willing to work on a single status. Willingness to undertake occasional site visits (outside UAE).
