Job Description:
Join Pernod Ricard Türkiye as an Off Trade Sales Supervisor, where you will lead distributor sales teams to achieve strategic targets and ensure top-notch implementation of commercial marketing actions within your zone. Your primary goal will be to ensure sustainable success across key metrics such as sales volume, turnover, collections, and market share, while embodying Pernod Ricard's values.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, turnover, collection, etc.) by leveraging defined resources and strategies. Oversee daily distributor operations, including order management, stock control, invoicing, and shipping, aligning with PR working principles. Identify and create service packages within the market entry strategy for your region. Conduct customer segmentation and investment planning to drive horizontal and vertical growth opportunities in line with the commercial marketing strategy. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting business development aligned with company priorities. Monitor key trends and issues within the sales region, offering actionable recommendations for improvement. Develop sales forecasts for your region, set team goals, and ensure the effective execution of central and local campaigns. Coach and mentor sales teams (PR & distributor teams), identifying individual development needs and fostering a motivated work environment. Exemplify and promote Pernod Ricard's values in all interactions.

Strong knowledge of the retail (traditional channel) sectorFamiliarity with HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) and wholesale channelsSolid understanding of local business dynamicsExperience:
3–5 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG sectorSkills:
