What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate to join the BCG Offer Managers Team and work closely with the leadership of the Marketing, Sales and Pricing Practice and with the Global Leader of the Marketing offering, as well as its leadership and experts' team.


You will work closely with the leadership of the Practice Area including the Marketing Director, and other members of the PA Management Team, as well as BCG’s global Client Team. As an Offer Manager, you will be leading and coordinating the different Product Management activities for the Marketing topic, to support the development of our business, in particular including:

Strategy: Drive the topic strategy with the Topic Leader and leadership teamScreen market evolution, competitors offers, understand projects sold by cases teamsReview offer portfolio and help drive portfolio decision (architecture, new offers, offer evolution and selection)Lead Value Proposition, Vision and Roadmap for Key Offers of the topics (Key Programs)Develop OKRs with topic teams, organize regular progress reviews (e.g. every quarter) and adaptGovernance: Support the Topic leadership team in setting up and orchestrating the right governance, prepare and moderate the regular meetings/calls associated to itContribute to structure the core team, define responsibilities and design the right communication planManage and ensure continuous improvement of tools & processes supporting teams (OKRs, collab. tools,…)Go-to-Market with Industry sectors: Orchestrate go-to-market with industry sectors, X and cross-functional offersSet up and orchestrate offer squads (In Regions and with Sectors)Generate affiliation and collaboration across Functional Practice Areas and Industry Practice Area Sectors, help set up joint teams / squadsDrive offer and GTM customization efforts with Sector teams (campaigns, moonshots, priority clients, etc.)Drive client references conversionsMarketing, Communication and Seat at the Table (SATT):Support marketing activities targeting internal/external stakeholdersDevelop narrative and marketing plan with LT and PA Marketing and drive deployment.Prioritize client marketing initiatives and measure their impactContribute to internal/external events presentationWork with Analyst Relations to provide differentiators for analysts and amplify messages to industry execs'Capability build: Lead talent building plansBring together the right mix of BCG roles and skills (ECTs, KT, SBUs, etc.)Support training, upskilling and enablement of our teamsDesign affiliation activities to build the pyramid(s) required to sell and execute the Marketing projects aligned with the business targetsBusiness analysis and reporting:Monitor business performance and capture market feedbackAnalyze revenues per sector, region, clientMonitor case pipeline and trendy topics, conduct win/loss analysisGet feedback and lead from cases team on how to evolve and enrich the offer, Identify white spots

Successful candidates will feel comfortable operating in a \"start-up mode\" within BCG and with multiple players, have strong project management skills, the aptitude to see and hold the big picture, yet also manage the details. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed, are also pre-requisites.

 

In particular, successful candidates will show the following abilities:

What You'll Bring

Ideally 8 – 10+ years of relevant experienceMaster’s degree preferredHighly knowledgeable and analytic · Previous consulting experience is highly preferredDemonstrates in depth topic/function expertiseAbility to lead more complex, broader sub functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to othersAbility to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems autonomously, with full business acumenStrong interpersonal skills, credibilityAbility to influence senior members of the organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English languageAdvanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Who You'll Work With

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications. As part of the Offer Management BCG community, you will work closely with your topic team, but also with fellow Offer Management colleagues, to contribute to the testing / refining and exchange of best practices across the functional community.
