Position Overview:

As the Offering Manager for Portfolio, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our product portfolio offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills, product management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.

\n

Travel: 15%

\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n\n6+ years in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on portfolio management.\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, tools, and methodologies.\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

Portfolio Strategy and Development:

\n\nDevelop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s product portfolio, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and gaps in the portfolio.\nDefine the product roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives, feature enhancements, and portfolio expansion plans.\n\n

Product Lifecycle Management:

\n\nManage the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept through to end-of-life decisions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely development, launch, and ongoing support of products.\nMonitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.\n\n

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

\n\nAct as a key liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to communicate portfolio strategy, initiatives, and performance.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and drive consensus on strategic decisions.\nBuild strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers to gather insights, drive co-development opportunities, and enhance product offerings.\n\n

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

\n\nMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the portfolio.\nConduct regular market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.\nUse data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the portfolio strategy as needed.\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 6 years of expertise in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on portfolio management\nProven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management\nStrong understanding of Master Data Management\n\n
