The Opportunity:

 

• 5 + years of advanced Office 365 and email security experience is preferred

• Good Knowledge and understanding on Azure Environments, managing Exchange Online, Teams administration and other O365 services.

• Good Knowledge and understanding of Conference room Management, integrating products/services with room management to provide great end user experience.

• Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services and supporting integrations with other room and workspace reservation/management systems such as iOffice, MS Places etc.

• Coordination with cross functional teams on deploying the room management solutions and creating workflow to streamline the process in service now.

• Architect in Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments

• Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE.

• Proficiency in Managing Cloud Security Services and providing Email security solutions.

• Experience and knowledge on one or more Endpoint Security Products like MS Defender, Proofpoint, Email Security (EOP), Abnormal Security, Anti-Virus/Anti Malware Technologies.

• Mail routing/ management, configuration of SMTP connectors.

• Familiar with ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc.

• Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications

• Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments

• Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision

• Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management

• Solid experience in support management roles is preferred

• Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role

• An excellent reputation for support to end-users and executing the projects.

• Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required

The Opportunity:

·       Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP SD and possess good knowledge in the Sales and Distribution area, including Sales Order Management, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Availability check, Variant Configuration, pricing rate determination, Shipment and Shipment Cost, GL Account Determination, Batch Management.

·       Experience in SAP MDG EhP8 MDG 9.2 & must worked on at least 2 MDG Project end to end Implementations.

·       Hands on experience on SD-LE business process configurations.

·       Must have exposure in different sales process of entire OTC cycle like Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Consignment Sales, Return Sales, 3rd party sales, Intercompany sales, Scheduling Agreements, Free of Charge Delivery, Stock Transfer Orders along with thorough Taxation knowledge.

·       Working knowledge of CIN (GST) configuration and its implication on Sales & Distribution process.

·       Experience in Integration with MM, PP, FICO modules, interfaces with legacy systems and ALE/IDOC.

·       Should be having technical awareness about the Development activity i.e., FS preparation, debugging knowledge, User Exits, Enhancements, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs, BADI development, background jobs.

·       Create and maintain required documentation including design, functional specs and test cases.

·       Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes.

·       Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       SAP certification in SD is preferred.
