Adecco is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their client in the city of Downey. This is a temporary assignment for 30-60 days. Hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and pay is $25.00/hr. Job duties include: + Administrative Assistant experience + Administrative duties include; answering phones, responding to emails, calendar; scheduling and confirming appointments + Some mortgage loan lending experience; processing incoming orders in to data base, confirming appointments with clients and notaries, assist Accounting Dept and Loan Officers when needed. + Customer Service; handling customer issues, processing new orders, returns, refunds and credits. Tracking orders + Proficient in MS office, ERP and CRM systems + Bilingual Spanish a plus For immediate consideration, please submit your resume.
