Essential Job Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls providing excellent customer service. Efficiently manage and execute all accounts payable and receivable tasks. Accurately register and maintain product information in the company’s database. Gain proficiency in dispatching responsibilities. Review and verify product warranties to ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements. Handle and process customer claims, including warranty claims and product returns.   Why you want this position: Starting wage: $19 - $23/hour DOE Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends) Health Insurance and Retirement 401k Ability to grow with a longstanding company who is committed to their clients   Qualifications: Experience with Bookkeeping is preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook Calendars.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
