Office Administrative Assistant
**Ultimate LLC has an immediate need for an Office Administrator Assistant for a direct hire position in the Hunt Valley, MD area. Salary is $45k-$50k** . The Office Admin Assistant is responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support duties. This position helps maintain organization and ensures the office runs efficiently by providing support to employees, coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and assisting with various clerical tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Administrative Support** : Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents + **Office Organization:** Manage office supplies, order replenishments, and ensure the workspace is well-maintained. + **Communication:** Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence; relay messages and maintain communication with staff and clients. + **Scheduling & Calendar Management:** Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; maintain calendars for office management or team members. + **Document Management:** Assist with preparing, scanning, and filing documents; organize and update records as needed. + **Customer Service:** Greet visitors and clients, direct them to the appropriate person or department. + **Data Entry & Reporting:** Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems for easy access to information. + **Assisting HR/Admin Teams:** Help with onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and managing employee files. + **Other Tasks:** Assist with travel bookings, coordinating office events, or other administrative functions as required **Skills & Qualifications:** + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented and dependable. + Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality **Education & Experience:** + High School Diploma or equivalent (required). + Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field (preferred). + 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role is a plus.
