Office Administrator – Temporary to Permanent

Our client based in Kibworth, a growing professional services business are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, predominantly audio typing and therefore excellent attention to detail is key.
This is initially a temporary position for up to 3 months with the potential to extend and lead to a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
£12.76 per hour (£24,212 per annum) Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm, Friday 9.00am-4.30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch, 36.5 hours per week Standard holiday entitlement whilst temporary, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays once permanent Early finish on a Friday Dress down and pastry Fridays Free parkingDuties and Responsibilities
Audio typing minutes, reports and documentation within required timescales Managing email inbox and prioritising tasks accordingly Updating workload trackers Answering inbound calls and forwarding any calls/messages to colleagues Providing an exceptional service to all clients and contacts Maintaining all organisational systems Greeting visitors as and where required Ordering stationery and equipment Photocopying and bindingSkills and experience required:
Previous administrative background Audio typing experience would be ideal, however not essential High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs Team player Confident using MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
