Responsibilities

· Employee processes: Assist with hiring (on-boarding), termination (off-boarding), relocations and leaves with guidance from the HR Generalist. Respond to questions from employees and managers regarding all Human Resources matters and provide necessary documentation.

· Manage company owned equipment and supplies: Procure equipment and supplies as needed, manage inventory, assign equipment or supplies to team members when needed.

· Work Environment: Create and maintain an efficient, collaborative, and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with employee safety, welfare, and wellness. Resolve issues related to the office or work environment quickly and efficiently.

· Events: Planning and implementation company events such as annual winter party and monthly birthday potlucks at the Torrance office, with the assistance from the Events Circle. Help physically set up quarterly meetings and training sessions at the Torrance office. Execute Resource Team activities with its mission to ensure employee satisfaction and team motivation, through company social events, meetings, projects, and activities.

· Sales Fulfillment: Collaborate with other team members to complete sales fulfillment process with high level of accuracy. This process includes but not limited to maintaining customer and vendor records, processing orders, invoicing customers, reviewing all deliveries, conducting regularly scheduled physical inventories, and coordinating shipments.

· Accounting: Assist accounting team with Accounts Receivable and processing daily bank deposits and mail.

· Understand and maintain the strict confidential nature of position

· Customer Service: Meet and exceed customer service expectations of our internal and external customers with respect and professionalism whether on phone or in person.
