For our office in Zagreb we are looking for an Office Administrator, who will be part of Danfoss Local Team with regional projects.
You will be the first person of contact for our visitors, suppliers and customers. You will perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner and support our office and colleagues where needed.

Job ResponsibilitiesAmong your tasks will be:
Being the first contact person (visitors, telephone, mails). Car fleet management. Telephony management. Contract management. Support in business travels of employees. Support in the purchase of indirect material and processes purchase orders. Events coordination (mainly for employees), conferences (refreshment). Ordering and handling office supply equipment and furniture. Local support for RE and IT departments. Background & SkillsYour profile:
Minimum secondary education. Prior experience at the similar position. Good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and other Microsoft apps). Fluent verbal and written Croatian and English.
