Job DescriptionThere are now opportunities to join our team within the capacity of Office Administrator - 7.14 per hour 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, 0900am 1800pm To work as a team member in the allocated area under the directionguidance of the Service Manager or hisher nominated deputy. The focus of the role is to act as a first point of contact for visitors, staff to the building and be responsible for all reception duties and provide administrative support to the registered manager for the project based in Saint Albans.
Qualifications5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent - Essential NVQ level 23 in Business Administration - Essential Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as excel and outlook - Essential Able to prioritise effectively & efficiently - Essential Full UK driving licence - Essential At least 2 years service as a Administrator - Desirable
