Details: · Location: Cockeysville, MD · 100% On-site · Monday-Friday · 8am-5pm · 6-month contract to hire Necessary Skills · 2+ years of administrative experience. · Any HR/invoicing/AR or AP experience. · Must be able to use Microsoft Excel. · QuickBooks experience is a plus . A day in the role… · Greet visitors and answer phone calls • Manage office correspondence and filing systems. · Schedule meetings and appointments • Provide administrative support to management and staff. · Manage the purchase of supplies and equipment Human Resources. · Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. · Maintain employee records and personnel files. · Coordinate employee benefits administration. · Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues. · Assist with performance management and employee relations activities Payroll. · Process payroll accurately and timely. · Maintain payroll records and reports. · Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations. · Calculate and process employee deductions and benefits Finance Administration. · Manage the accounts receivable ledger ensuring timely collection. · Assist with accounts payable, liaising with HQ. · Prepare and process sales invoices .
