Office Administrator
Job Title: Office CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office through various administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities + Answer phone calls, manage correspondence (emails, faxes, mail), and greet visitors. + Maintain and coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and office events. + Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is maintained. + Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital. + Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow. + Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. + Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash. + Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities. Essential Skills + Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. + Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles. + High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Professional demeanor and appearance. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + Experience with administrative support, office management, data entry, customer service, clerical tasks, office administration, and scanning. Work Environment The work environment includes occasional walkthroughs of the production floor, where wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as closed-toe shoes and safety glasses is required.
