Opportunity Summary: Upland is looking for an Office Administrator for our Austin, TX office. If you love supporting teams and working in the technology arena and are willing to be flexible and help anyone from any team – we want to hear from you! Primary Responsibilities: Act as the face of the office by welcoming visitors and team members.Assist with day to day operations Austin office (i.e. maintaining a tidy office space, restocking supplies and kitchen).Manage correspondence including mail, phone and email inquiries.Assist in organizing various team events to foster and reward the work hard, play hard culture.Other office/administrative duties as required by the business. Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.Strong computer skills are necessary including the use of Microsoft Office.Willingness to do get-your-hands-dirty work.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization.Exhibit exceptional planning and organization skills.Should be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to help with any project.Prior experience in a tech company office environment a plus.Demonstrated business maturity and integrity, especially when dealing with highly confidential information.
