Responsibilities
The Office Admin/ Partner Support Representative works in our Partner Support Department to help support our Dealers and Sales Offices. Due to the expanding nature of the company often requires changing roles and additional responsibilities.
Answering incoming calls and making out bound calls Liaison for merchant applications pended in Underwriting Document management, quality control, quality assurance Creation of new & existing sales offices Assist management as needed in facilitating resolution of Merchants, Dealers and Sales Office issues Processing orders of marketing materials or merchant supplies for Dealers and Sales Offices Answering & updating requests received via internal ticket system Performs other duties and assignments as directed by ManagementQualifications
Ability to work on the phone with a friendly and professional attitude Problem solving, detail oriented and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Able to effectively cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve issues Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of MS Office Suite & Google Docs is a plus! Solid organizational skills
