An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking administration assistant to join a busy friendly office. This is initially on a three month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
An established manufacturing business based in Tamworth. The successful candidate should be a dedicated individual able to provide reliable administration support and take on the following duties.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00
Friday 8:30-16:00
Pay: £11.44- will increase with experience
30 minute break
Main Duties of our administrator clerk role include:
Answering and making telephone callsMaintaining good customer service communication and relationshipsPost - incoming and out goingProcessing customer quotes and orders with meticulous attention to detail, training will be provided in using the necessary softwareProcessing credit card paymentsGeneral administrative tasksPersonal Attributes
Friendly, polite and enthusiasticBright out going confident telephone mannerExcellent organisational and communication skillsDesirable experience
Ideally you will have previous experience as an office administrator, although this is not essentialHave a working knowledge of Windows operating systemBe competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and have general computer skillsEssential criteria
Good written and verbal communicationReliable and hard workingCompetent in computer use and data entry skillsQuick to learnAble to concentrate within a busy office environmentA team player with a flexible approach to work
