Our client, a transportation and logistics company, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Elizabeth, NJ. This role involves providing customer support, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring smooth transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.Analyze customer needs and offer solutions using GPS technology and Oracle Transportation Management tools.Assist in dispatching operations, working closely with fleet management to ensure efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues and improve service delivery.Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of dispatching and fleet management is a plus.Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ORMonday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
