The Opportunity

As the Executive Assistant for Managing Director - Abt Britain you play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director.  You are responsible for critical organisational support to the Managing Director and support the broader Abt Britain team as needed.  Through your adminstrative support you ensure smooth functioning of Abt Britain's office operations.

General Responsibilities:

Support to Managing Director (MD):

Organise high level visits from other parts of Abt Organise and book travel and credit card reconciliations. Manage MD's diary Coordinate team awaydays Support team social organisation Senior Leadership team weekly team meeting- secretariat/ note taker. Help draft briefs for senior meetings and develop powerpoint presentations. Support organisation of external speakers presenting to Abt Britain.

Wider Office admin tasks:

Maintain overview of staff leave across the office Oversight of office utilisation and work patterns. support IT lead on wider office management issues. other ad hoc tasks as reasonably required.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately £25,000 to £30,000.  Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
