Kforce's client, a growing lakeshore manufacturer in Norton Shores, MI is looking for an Office Administrator/Purchasing/AP team member to add to their team. Duties: * Manage office operations, facilitating procurement processes and handling accounts payable activities * Support and monitor the purchasing of goods and services * Maintain accurate financial records * Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications * Manage office-related planning * Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper based * Collaborate with departments * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner * Assist month-end close * Support audits * Provide exceptional Customer service to outside vendors
