Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Make follow up phone calls to set and confirm appointments
- Place service calls to clients on occasion
- Update prospect and client data records
- Processes deposits, ACH transactions, etc.
- Take messages and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Manage and maintain, schedules, appointments, and calendars,
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
