Office Assistance Needed - Temporary - Part-time. Could become permanent.
Flexible evening and weekend hours. Will consider some daytime, weekday hours for filing. If a permanent position is offered, hours will possibly be 1st shift, 8a.m. - 5p.m. 3 days per week.
Some duties include filing, data entry, billing, inventory entry, PO entry, spreadsheet entry, costing and customer service.
Must have experience with office procedures, filing protocols, Microsoft excel/word, and Outlook. Previous experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is a plus.
Wage is dependent on experience.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have an associate’s degree in accounting and/or 3 years of experience including A/R, A/P, billing, and general bookkeeping.
Must be able to read, write, speak, an understand English.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Ability to understand and compete work assignments with little supervision – training is provided.
Must be flexible with changing schedule from time to time.
Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
Must like dogs.
