Office Assistant – Security Services

Work Schedule: 

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to: 

Produce photo ID badges for all employees at UW Health and grant access and privileges to multiple security card access systems.  Provide visitor screening and production of visitor passes at American Family Children’s Hospital. This includes maintaining a list of visitor restrictions and dealing with complex visitation issues.  Monitor and respond to the department email inboxes and perform time sensitive data entry.
