D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Office Assistant for their Main OfficeDepartment. The right candidate will providesupport with the daily activities of the office including filing, telephone coverage, and general clerical assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain Division files. Keep filing current and create new files as needed
Deliver mail and faxes
Retrieve voicemail messages
Distribute outgoing items
Drop off outgoing mail at post office
Troubleshoot any problems with office machinery. Call for maintenance if necessary
Order and stock office supplies
Clean out refrigerator regularly
Assist other departments as schedule allows
Relieve the Receptionist for breaks and lunch
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
