No Duties and Responsibilities - Assists in the daily operations and all related functions of the Campus Transportation office.
- Ensures that parking, shuttle, 8-Ride, and van rental operations run efficiently on both LSC and WTC.
- Responsible for following all established departmental procedures and policies.
- Investigates and resolves customer inquiries via telephone, email, in person, and fax.
- Processes customer payments for daily parking, permit, and ticket fees.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning pay machine equipment
- Monitors functioning of all parking gates through the computerized gate and camera system, and maintains pay machine equipment.
- Leads operations for game day parking during staffed athletics events
- Assists with coordinating parking arrangements for outside groups and university departments.
- Handles both paper and electronic filing and maintains multiple databases.
- Assists with transportation services such as 8-Ride, shuttle, and van rentals.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience in an office setting. Qualifications - Must be able to accurately count and deposit cash.
- Flexible schedule and good communication skills.
- Basic math, reading, writing, and typing skills.
- Ability to work well independently. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses None Computer Skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications. Supervisory Responsibilities No Required operation of university owned vehicles No Does this position require direct animal or patient contact?
