Office Assistant
Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team located in Roswell, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office organization, managing communications, and providing support to various departments. Responsibilities: • Facilitate and manage communication within the office, including answering and directing phone calls and emails professionally. • Welcome and assist visitors, creating a hospitable and efficient environment. • Implement general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and copying. • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth office operations. • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members to optimize workflow. • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, demonstrating attention to detail and organization. • Support various departments by performing administrative tasks as needed. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries to maintain effective communication channels. • Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management, showing flexibility and adaptability. • Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Computer Programs, CRM, About Time, Answer, Answering Inbound Calls, and Billing Functions, to perform clerical duties efficiently.
