Office Assistant
Respond to customer calls.Follow up with previous customers to establish communication until a result is achieved.Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:45 am to 4 pm; Thursdays are part-time.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate verbally over the phone or in person with clients.Ability to provide telephone consultations.Tidy appearance.High skills in public relations and respectful speech.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.Effective and constructive communication skills.High accuracy and responsibility.Attention to detail.Responsible, energetic, motivated, and committed.Quick learner and interested in sales.Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.Familiarity with Docs, Calendar, and Sheets.High public relations.Friendly.Patient and flexible.Ability to follow up on matters and, if necessary, coordinate between different units of the company.Ability to manage crises in sensitive situations.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.Relevant work experience.Age range: 22 to 40 years old.No student admission.
