Your role and responsibilities

ABB team in Lithuania is seeking for an Office Assistant to join the team in our Vilnius office. In this role you'll play a key role helping to run day to day business operations, providing administrative support to colleagues and being a key contact to our customers. The work model for the role is: #LIonsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:- Assisting business in different administrative tasks, such as researching and verifying information, creating reports and presentations. - Acting as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assessing the urgency of issues, and initiating appropriate action.- Supporting marketing and communication area with business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers.- Ordering office supplies, communicating with vendors, also making sure the physical environment in the office is taken care of. This position reports to a local Motion Business Manager.

Qualifications for the role

You are at ease communicating in Lithuanian and EnglishYou posess an organized and structured ways of working Expierence in similiar role as office administrator/assistant, familiar with tools as SalesForce, SAP is an advantageYou have willigness to deepdive into ABB's industry of work and work onsite in Vilnius with a hybrid modality
