**Location** : Rock Springs, WY
**Rate of Pay** : $18.56 per hour
**Hours/Days** : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
**Duration** : Temporary Assignment
**Job Description** :
Adecco is currently helping a local client in Rock Springs, WY seeking a friendly and reliable Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Responsibilities will include:
+ Covering the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors.
+ Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel.
+ Assisting walk-ins with inquiries and providing general support.
+ Performing general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and managing emails.
**Qualifications** :
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
+ Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
+ Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.

**Pay Details:** $18.56 per hour
