Hedge Fund in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Office Assistant. This role will start early April 2025. Must be flexible, team oriented and have strong attention to detail. This role will require someone to run personal errands so must feel comfortable with that aspect of the job. Hours are 9am - 5pm and the client requires part-time schedule, 3-4 days onsite for the temp period. Position 5 days onsite when perm (8:30am-5:30pm).

Responsibilities:

Handling mailOrder and stock suppliesRunning errandsGeneral office upkeepScheduling as needed - calendar managementAd hoc projects

Qualifications:

Financial services experience requiredFlexibility and strong attention to detailOutlook, Word and ExcelPrior office experience in a similar role

Compensation:
