Job Description Summary: The office Assistant Intern will work with the office of the Center for the Common Good on a variety of projects that benefit the larger community. These projects may include: Working in asset management Keeping storage areas organized Maintaining a database of items that are suitable for reuse.

Overseeing the end of year clean up: Maintaining collection bins Working with volunteers for sorting and itemizing items Centralizing networks of donation items by working with the team for the Nova Nook, Wildcat Wardrobe, and Wildcat Thrift. Supporting Social media efforts of the programs The outcome of this work will directly benefit community partners who will receive materials that would otherwise go to waste and which can support their work. Requirements: Additional Information: Preference given to candidates who have a valid driver’s license and who are willing to become University van certified.

Physical Demands Summary: May need to lift and carry up to 40 lbs of donated materials.
