We are looking for an Office Assistant Intern to join our team. This role will primarily support the Office Management Team with administrative and operative tasks.
Your Impact:
Primary responsibility is office management support Serve as a backup for Reception-related tasks Help with organizing and handling events Help keeping the office neat and orderly Help with general admin tasks (handling posts, deliveries; procurement of office stationary, travel expense management) Support in ad-hoc operative tasks
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Speak both English and Hungarian fluently Have ongoing university studies for at least one year and able to work at least 25 hours per week onsite (work to be performed at office) Have great organization skills and pay attention to details Can work independently, quickly and efficiently solve problems Have a good level knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
