\n \n Job Description

The Part Time HOA Community Manager is responsible for assisting with community activities and administrative tasks, providing customer service support, and works closely with the Community Portfolio Manager, Board of Directors, and Association committees.

Work schedule: (3) 8-hour weekdays (flexible)

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nWork (3) days a week from the Corporate CMC office located in Chantilly, VA.\nConduct onsite inspections on an as needed basis, location is Sterling, VA.\nRespond to phone calls and emails.\nMaintain records, files, and data entry.\nCoordinate and schedule maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.\nEstablish and use systems to enable tracking or work in progress and plan for future activities.\nManage all communications to include weekly mass emails, create and edit quarterly newsletter, correspondences, memorandums, reports, and other business materials as directed by the Portfolio Manager.\nProvide a weekly management report to the Board.\nSchedule and create the agenda for monthly Board meetings. Assist in assembling board packets. Send mass email reminders to the homeowners reminding them of the monthly board meetings.\nAttend Board of Directors and Committee meetings as needed.\nConduct drive by/walk throughs of the community to note any maintenance and architectural concerns.\nSubmit work orders, update work orders, close out work order.\nCreate and send HOA violation letters to homeowners.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHighschool diploma or GED equivalent.\n1+ years of office assistant experience, preferably at a community association

\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nProactive, attention to detail, takes ownership and initiative.\nCustomer service driven and team oriented.\nAbility to priority tasks, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.\n\n
