Responsibilities*
The Unviersity of Michigan, School of Nursing (UMSN) is looking for a temporary office assistant with a positivie outlook and flexible attitude to perform a combination of front desk reception and proctoring duties.
Proctoring duites include:
Checks identification before testing and seats examinees for testingMonitors students during test sessions to ensure a secure testing environmentDistribute and collect test materialsReports suspected irregularities to the testing coordinatorControls admission to and from the testing roomCompletes exam proctoring check-off sheetPerforms other duities as assignedFacilities duties include:
Arrange office furniture, occasional need for cleaning the hard surfacesAssist with general facilities duties including key requests, package deliveries, clearing and prepping offices for movesProvide general clerical support as assigned which may include data entry, label creation, scanning documents, inventory maintenance and file organizingFront desk reception duties include:
Greet persons entering buildingScreen for health and safety protocols, educate visitors on the building entry requirementsDirect persons to correct destinationAppropriately direct inquiries from students, faculty, staff and visitorsEnsure knowledge of building activities and room schedulesTriage facility problemsMaintain security awarenessAccept deliveriesProvide general administrative and clerical support as assignedTidy and maintain the reception areaRequired Qualifications*Educations and Experience
High school diploma1-2 years of office facilities experienceValid driver's licenseRoutinely move office equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.Attributes
