Salary Range: $22.61 - $34.07 per hour

Responsibilities

The Employee Occupational Health Office Associate will be responsible for assisting with Cal/OSHA work place violence reporting, initial workers compensation reporting, managing employee COVID-19 reporting and data tracking. Will also provide support with customer service in the Employee Occupational Health (EOH) Department along with performing several clerical and administrative duties.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist with Cal/OSHA work place violence reporting.Complete initial workers compensation claim reporting.Manage employee COVD-19 reporting.Provide support with incoming calls and address walk-in customers.Files all EOH related documentation.Sends and requests EOH files from storage.Performs data entry in EHR system for the Influenza program, TB (PPD) program, Respiratory fit testing program and any other EOH information.Assist in coordination with appointments for all EOH areas when appropriate.Supports the EOH annual clinics.Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required:

Two (2) years of Human Resources or Occupational Health clerical experienceTwo (2) years of experience in the Healthcare industryProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

 

Preferred:

Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related fieldBilingual in English and Spanish Overview
