Office Cleaning Staff Supervisor

OVERVIEW Assist and direct staff in the cleaning of administrative areas in the corporate office. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Define measurable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews. Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports. Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent. Direct staff to assure that daily and periodic cleaning of administrative areas are completed. Assist staff with cleaning tasks. Order cleaning products, supplies and equipment as needed. Schedule and coordinate carpet cleaning as needed. Notify maintenance department of any defects or repairs needed to building or equipment. Retain receipts for purchases and submit with credit card statement - complete online accounting processes. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education High School Diploma/GED required Experience 1 year supervisory experience required Licenses/Certifications None Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment): Vacuums, scrubbers, buffers ACCOMMODATIONS Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
