Office Clerk

Ecolab is seeking an Office Clerk to join our Ratingen site! We are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) to strengthen our office team as soon as possible. We are an efficient team whose strength is good teamwork and a positive working atmosphere.

Working with Purolite Resins in our Purification Technology sector, we manufacture products which help our customers around the globe, mainly in pharmaceutical and life science sectors, with technology which are critical to safe manufacture of their products. It’s an exciting business which helps make the world cleaner, safer and healthier.

What you’ll do:

Management of importing goodsInternal company ordersCreating order confirmationsOrganising logistics for deliveriesCreation and sending invoicesAdministrative support for the sales team

What you'll need:

Strong proven administrative and organisational skillsFluent German & English language skills are essentialExperience within a financial function would be beneficial.IT literate with a good level of experience using Microsoft OfficeExperience of import & customs clearance procedures would be highly beneficialExcellent communication skills are required, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.Be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work with the minimum supervision, whilst at the same time being a strong team player.Willing to take ownership of challenging situations and issues and drive effective closure.Knowledge of the chemical sciences would be beneficial
