Office Clerk

Our client, a prominent third-party logistics provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team in Swedesboro, NJ. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient operations by handling essential documentation and supporting daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage shipment documentation for incoming and outgoing loads.Communicate effectively with Leads and Supervisors regarding driver arrivals.Ensure all shipments and related documents are completed accurately and on time.Maintain organized files and records for easy access and reference.Operate office equipment, including photocopiers and printers, and perform word processing and spreadsheet tasks.Execute basic bookkeeping functions and manage invoicing processes.Support overall office management and organizational procedures.Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for drivers during inbound and outbound transactions.Manage email correspondence and documentation related to shipments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.Proficient in bookkeeping and invoicing practices.Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Monday to Friday7:00 AM to 4:00 PM$18.00
