Coordinates activities of clerical and other administrative support personnel by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, time keeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms and procedures to improve efficiency of
workflow.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Plans office layouts and initiates cost reduction programs.
Reviews office workflows, documents, and processes to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
Coordinates activities of various clerical workers within department.
Presents professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming.
Conducts orientation sessions for new employees. Completes, distributes, and files new hire paperwork. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of

circumference, and volume.
