Job Description: We are currently seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join our Credits Team within the Revenue Operations Department. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, proactive communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: + Printing, mailing, and filing important and time-sensitive documents. + Initiating and running scheduled data loads into the systems. + Providing daily status updates and proactive alerts to team leaders. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Intermediate proficiency in computer technology and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and adhere to separate SLAs. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Prior experience in office management or as an office assistant is preferred. Shift: Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm Please apply with an updated resume. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
