We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Closer. This role involves working collaboratively with the team for most of the day and independently during the final hour or two. \n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n- Handle PDFs, Excel, Word, and Binding/Tab jobs.\n- Sort and scan office mail with attention to detail.\n- Cross-train in various areas to provide coverage for conference room setup, coffee setup, and reception.\n\n**Qualifications:**\n- Experience with PDFs, Excel, Word, and Binding/Tab jobs.\n- Attention to detail.\n- Adaptability and willingness to cross-train.\n- Previous experience at FedEx Kinkos, Staples, or a copy center is highly desirable.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.\nPreferred: Experience with copy jobs.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nExcellent customer service skills.\nProficient PC skills.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.\nBasic mathematical and filing skills.\nAbility to operate office machines and technical equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
