Office Clerk - Paratransit Route

Currently in Seaside, CA, relocating to a new facility in Salinas, CA in September 2025

Transdev in Salinas, CA is hiring an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk performs all administrative functions for the 
location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

$26.44/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)Starting pay $26.44/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandatesPrepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records.Coordinate employee benefits at the contract level.Other duties as required.

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or equivalent.Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.Experience with MS office products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not 
authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed 
outside, work alone and in remote locations.Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible 
sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfacesPush and pull objects up to XX pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 
50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at 
ground levelWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable 
amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
