Job Description:

An Office Clerk / Receptionist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; receptionist, mail, hospitality, and copy services.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Receptionist Coverage

Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule

Sending outgoing FedEx and UPS packages

Certified Mailing

Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions

Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office

Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person

Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable

Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner

Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area

Order and stock supplies as needed

Perform other administrative duties as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Scheduled hours: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm; Monday - Friday (In office / No remote or hybrid work)

The Compensation range for this role is 13.96 to 17.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
